Waygo Inc.
Waygo uses a small number of third-party service providers to host, operate and deliver the Waygo platform. Where one of those providers processes personal data that our customers entrust to us, it is a sub-processor, and this page lists it. This page is referenced by, and forms part of, the Waygo Data Processing Addendum.
Each sub-processor is bound by a written agreement that imposes data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum, and each maintains independent security certifications covering the services it provides to us.

Platforms you connect are not sub-processors
The Waygo platform can connect to third-party systems that you already use — for example, an event-registration or ticketing platform — so that data flows between that system and your maps. When you connect such a platform, you are instructing us to exchange data with your service provider. That platform is not a sub-processor of Waygo: you engaged it, your agreement with it governs its processing, and you can disconnect it at any time from within the Waygo platform. Our Data Processing Addendum describes how we handle data received from and sent to platforms you connect.
How we notify you of changes
- Before we engage a new sub-processor, or replace an existing one, we will update this page and email the designated account contact for every affected customer at least thirty (30) days before the new sub-processor begins processing customer data.
- If you have reasonable data-protection grounds to object to a new sub-processor, you may tell us in writing within thirty (30) days of our notice, and we will work with you in good faith to address your concern. If we cannot, you may terminate the affected services as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
- Removing a sub-processor, or changing a sub-processor's address or the description of its service without changing the data it processes, does not require advance notice; we will simply update this page and record the change below.
- To receive notifications, make sure the account contact on your Waygo account is current. You can also email legal@waygomaps.com to designate an additional address.
